How do I adjust the leash to a shorter length?
Unclip the snap hook at the handle end and attach it to the D-ring closest to your dog’s harness or collar. This allows you to quickly adjust the leash to a shorter length.
Is the leash strong enough for dogs that pull?
Yes! Our Leash is built to handle pullers. Our Leash has a limit for dogs up to 80 lbs.
Is this leash suitable for leash training?
Of course! This leash is perfect for everyday leash training, helping you guide and control your dog more easily.
How do I attach the poop bag holder to the leash?
We recommend attaching it to the D-ring near the leash handle. Simply thread the elastic loop through the D-ring, pass the carrier through the loop, and pull it snug to secure it in place.
Is the leash durable enough for teething puppies?
Our leash features a reinforced nylon core for strength and durability, but it is not designed to be chew-proof. Continuous chewing may cause permanent damage, so we recommend preventing your dog from chewing on the leash for extended periods.

Sizing Issues
Selecting the wrong size does not constitute a product defect. Careful indoor try-on for sizing purposes is permitted.
How to Request a Return
Contact customer service with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for your request, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Provide photos if requested. Only ship the item back after receiving approval and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed fulfillment errors, missing items, or product defects. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection fees, customs duties, and any non-refundable taxes are not refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Sizing Tips
1. Use a soft tape measure, or use string and measure the string with a ruler.
2. For thick coats or growing dogs, leave a little extra room when measuring.
3. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.

This leash should last for years. Because of the material it is made of it won’t absorb water and can easily be wiped clean. My puppy like to chew as puppies do and likes to mouth the leash on a walk. Amazingly, his leash doesn’t show any damage.
