Cleaning Instructions
Wipe clean with a damp cloth, or gently hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and abrasive scrubbing. Do not machine wash. Rinse thoroughly, then towel dry or allow the leash to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat.

Caution Notice
Regularly inspect the leash, buckle, D-ring, clasp, and attachment points for signs of wear or damage.
Discontinue use immediately if the leash becomes cracked, cut, frayed, or otherwise damaged.
Do not allow your dog to chew on the leash, as this may weaken the material and affect its safety.
Always ensure the buckle and clasp are fully secured before use.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery and are subject to review and approval.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items must be free from pet hair, odors, and signs of use.

Generally Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items, final sale items, items discounted by 40% or more, gifts, personalized or customized products, and orders totaling US$200 or more are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Sizing Issues

Selecting the wrong size does not constitute a product defect. Careful indoor try-on for sizing purposes is permitted.

How to Request a Return

Contact customer service with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for your request, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Provide photos if requested. Only ship the item back after receiving approval and the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed fulfillment errors, missing items, or product defects. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection fees, customs duties, and any non-refundable taxes are not refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is caused by our confirmed error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
