Care & Caution
Caution Notice
All of the dyes used in our products are pet safe. For some of our more
vibrant colors, the dye can transfer to lighter-colored pet coats. We
recommend hand-washing your Harness before the first use with mild soap
and warm water, then air drying flat.
Cleaning Instructions
Hand wash using mild soap and warm water (recommended method).
Alternatively, the Harness can be machine washed on the delicate cycle,
though slight pilling may result from this method. Always air dry.

Does the Harness work well with puppies?
Our Harness is great for puppies. It's comfortable for lively playtime and impromptu naptime. We do recommend sizing up, as pups can outgrow their walk gear as they get older and grow into their adult body.
Does the Harness help to reduce pulling?
Yes! Our Harness has three leash-attachment points, 1 in the front and 2 in the back, because we all lead in different ways. The front attachment is useful for reducing pulling while on walks.
Should I use a Collar or a Harness for my dog?
Experts recommend Collars for everyday wear, however, a Harness is the safest option for going on walks and engaging in outdoor activities.
What makes the Harness comfortable for dogs?
Our Harness is made from a cushioned, light-weight material, that includes some performance fabric stretch. This ensures your pup has room to move, while staying secure.
Which leash attachment should I use for my dog, front or back?
This all depends on your dog's walk style. The front attachment is best for dogs who pull, as it can minimize their freedom to charge ahead. The back clip is slightly more versatile, and recommended for dogs who are trained to walk with their pet parent.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery and are subject to review and approval.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items must be free from pet hair, odors, and signs of use.
Generally Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, final sale items, items discounted by 40% or more, gifts, personalized or customized products, and orders totaling US$200 or more are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Sizing Issues
Selecting the wrong size does not constitute a product defect. Careful indoor try-on for sizing purposes is permitted.
How to Request a Return
Contact customer service with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for your request, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Provide photos if requested. Only ship the item back after receiving approval and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed fulfillment errors, missing items, or product defects. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection fees, customs duties, and any non-refundable taxes are not refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is caused by our confirmed error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Sizing Tips
1. Use a soft tape measure, or use string and measure the string with a ruler.
2. For thick coats or growing dogs, leave a little extra room when measuring.
3. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.
Such a comfortable harness. I purchased a thin one from Petco and it was hard to put on. This one was so easy to put on!
I have a growing bully and it’s hard to adjust other harnesses over bully breed heads. But EverPaw got it right! The extra clip for around the neck is perfect for that big bully head and little body! My 6 month old is in a size small and it is working out great!
